In San Bernardino, Ca. there are contractors that are using unlicensed representatives to solicit work in the community (Door Knocking). By law and CSLB standards any person representing a contractor should be licensed by CSLB as a sales person. It is the law. When hiring a contractor question who is trying to sell you the contract, ask for proper ID (CSLB) not a driver's license.
